Tadele Tadesse | Project Supervisor

Tadele received his Master´s Degree in Development studies from the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University, the Netherlands in 2014 and Bachelor in Economics from Unity University, Ethiopia in 2006. He has been working as a planner and Monitoring and evaluation specialist of both government and World Bank funded projects for seven years before joining HHOJ. His latest position was Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of the Abay Basin authority Beles Sub Basin Organization, a World Bank funded project where he became familiar with a planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting systems in NGO environment. Tadele is passionate about gender issues and education; he serves as the Project Supervisor for the Pathfinder project and is in charge of the organization’s M&E activities.
